The listinfo page seems unavailable.

Do we know how long that has been the case?

Could it be that activity has dropped off from attrition due to
newcomers not being able to find information about the list or to
subscribe?

Given the wider war on email this is not a hill I'm prepared to defend
but it would be a shame if what killed this resource was something
inadvertent.

Also, what is meant by "archiving" in this case?
