Sure, putting it on MapBox is probably the easiest way to do it (it's built
in to TileMill), or you could render to mbtiles and host the resulting
tileset. OSM.US could probably host it once you've got the tiles rendered.

Or you could just do it yourself. It's really doesn't take that much time
to apply the oneway tags correctly and with the density of the streets in
NYC you'd probably go quicker than in Chicago.
