Your country is missing in the international table for admin_levels: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:boundary%3Dadministrative but usually, "Municipios" corresponds to a municipality which it is usually admin_level=8. "Aldeas" are admin_level 9 or 10 in other countries in this table.
