There's the line tool for creating a line graphic (second from the bottom on
the left of the Tools palette), and the polygon tool (third from the bottom,
on the left).

Not as such, although you might be able to use the Geometry Manager to
automate some of this.  The magnify image property could possibly be useful
here too, depending on exactly what you want to do.
