One of the great things about Revolution is that everything is hackable. You can 
toplevel the help stacks and set their cantModify to false, then edit and save.

Or you can grab a copy of the RTFer stack at

It will save the contents of the documentation out as text, RTF, or HTML. You can 
control the format as it exports or modify it once it's out.
