On Windows, when you click on any of the tutorials (like the
"Menu manager" tutorial), the window is displayed in the lower-right corner of
the screen, but it is displayed too low and is underneath the Windows Task Bar.
Now I know people can have that at any size, but the default is to have it one
row high, so you might want to move the window up about 40 pixels.
BTW: Is there some way to know if the Windows Task Bar is
showing, and if so, how high it is? I've looked at the windowBoundingRect, but
if you resize the task bar to be a different size and then query it, it doesn't
seem to change...
