I'd second it (not for 1.1.1, of course, but afterwards): my practise is to
duplicate and rename the file in the Finder, so that Rev only ever sees
"myFile.rev", while the Finder accumulates myFile01,rev etc; but that's
partly so that I don't have to about this issue in the 'recent files' menu.
I agree it would be nice to be certain.
