I have been working with Rev 1.1 over the past week or so and am
seriously considering sticking to version 1.0 until a stable version
is available. I am really enjoying what the Rev team have developed
however I am having such a frustrating time with continuous crashes
and freezes.

Initially I began by completing a stack started in v1.0 and thought
that some of the problems may have been due to some degree of
incompatibility. However a new stack was developed and the same
problems persisted. Some are minor, some are cosmetic, but crashing
is annoying.

* In the "Open recent stack" menu item, recently worked on stacks are
not showing (only two, pre v1.1 stacks show)

* Applying scripts. If the Apply button is clicked, then the enter
key will not close the script window. Two Enter key strokes apply and
closes the window.

* Object location. Moving an image down using the location button.
Clicked on the down button and it just kept on going and going! I
tried, click up, double click, left click, right click, command
period. No stopping this little image going off screen and outa
sight. Force Quit was my last resort.

* Close and Remove stack. When this is done and then open the same
stack again. Crash. Type 2 error or machine freeze every time. (I'm
pretty sure also when it is just closed and opened.) When Rev is
started again the stack is fine.

* I am having trouble getting buttons to change appearances from the
color palette. The only part that I am able to change is the
foreground color. Fields are working fine, but not buttons.

* In the text property palette the right hand side of the dropdown
buttons (the right hand side of the double arrows) are incomplete.

* Once a v1.0 stack is opened into v1.1, it cannot be opened by v1.0.
Such is life.

Apart from the whinge I still recommend Rev as the best development tool I use.
