I recently came across a paper by Chen and Little (1999) in JASA on the above topic and was wondering whether there was any software to fit the model they present. Furthermore would it be advisable to use multiple imputation to this kind of data (by using the general location model, for example) and then fitting the proportional hazards model to the completed data sets.
