This spring I will offer two sessions of my 2-day course on Missing Data:

March 14-15 San Antonio
April 25-26 in Philadelphia

The course provides an in-depth look at modern methods for handling missing
data, with particular emphasis on maximum likelihood and multiple
imputation. These methods have been demonstrated to be markedly superior to
conventional methods like listwise deletion or single imputation, while at
the same time resting on less stringent assumptions.

While the course is applications oriented, I also explain the conceptual
underpinnings of these new methods in some detail. Maximum likelihood is
illustrated with two programs, Amos and LEM. Multiple imputation is
demonstrated with two SAS procedures (MI and MIANALYZE).

The Philadelphia course will be held at Temple University Center City, 1515
Market St., just across from City Hall. The San Antonio course will be held
at the Emily Morgan Hotel, which is in walking distance of the Convention
Center, the River Walk, and the Alamo. Hotel rooms are available at a
special rate. The San Antonio course is held just before the SAS Global
Forum, March 16-19, but there is no official connection with this
convention.
