I would guess 1 of 2 things that would cause it to point to itself (loop): hisdomain.ca  points to 127.0.0.1 [EMAIL PROTECTED] is the same as the original address. hisdomain.ca must have a valid MX record and the ForwardTo cannot be the original address.
