Randy: The marketwatch mail's  appear to be going thru the system now. I do
not know what has changed. The services were repopped twice yesterday and as
I recall TF does not need to be restarted after a filter addition. Today, I
did not find any of them in the trash bin. I will continue to monitor the
situation.
