Found him in PREIN! I didn't recognize him because he had grown to 10MB of looping headers but when I kept seeing a 10MB message pass through every two minutes, I thought I should take a look.
I didn't take time to analyze what was going on I just wanted to kill it while I had the chance! I kinda wish now that I'd just moved him out of PREIN for a post mortem but he's gone now. I Hope.
