As far as I know, there is no solution for this since there is a fundamental difference between the way windows and macs handle date/ time. Select update date/time automatically in both OSes, and it should re-set itself automatically the next time you are online. If you download mail or save a doc before the time resets, you'll get the wrong date/time for these. Every time I switch back to Mac, I ensure that the date/time has reset first, before doing anything else!
