I've been wanting to buy the iMac 27" with the i5 processor for my home. I have a few questions :
a. Is there a way to change the hard drive in it ? More than the capacity, I wanted to add one of those SSD / hybrid drives (Seagate Momentus XT) as the boot drive and keep data in a firewire connected external drive. b. Is the iMac scheduled for an upgrade soon ? It would be really disappointing to buy a machine like that if a new model comes out within a month.
