Please mail the IMEI no. You said it was factory unlocked in the original condition.
Please share from where you bought this phone and if you are carrying a valid bill. With the IMEI no. we can asses your phone's status and unlocking option. Normally the contract violated phones are difficult to get factory unlocked but it is possible. The only option i See is that this is a case of contract volition. But anything said is too soon. Please send the imei no. to track current status of the phone.
