Peter,

We all need to rant and the current status of the club
is a rant that could be a thousand pages long. Your
email was very good. Spoke from the heart and it
should hit home to all Anti-Glazer fans. Myself? I am
the only United fan in my small rural Irish town who
is boycotting any chance I get to go to a match,
replica jerseys post Glazer, Budweiser, Ladbrokes,
Pepsi and Vodafone. They say I'm extreme. Well I
suppose I am but I told them all that the club was in
turmoil the minute the yanks crossed the hallowed
threshold. Now look at us. On the pitch, Ferguson must
shoulder the blame. The Keane saga, 4-5-1, his boss
Carlos etc. But I do think the long term destruction
of the football club has come with the Glazers. I am
sure they were delighted to save the £90,000 a week
they paid Keane. We now have no Champions League for
Spring: thats ok they'll say, we'll just offload Ruud
van Nsitelrooij and save a few bucks that way. I drew
up a 5 year plan when they took over and the final
point of it I compared with Leeds United. With the
Glazers' there I am sure we WILL be playing first
division football in 5 years. Negative? You bet your
life. But I cannot see a rosy future. I can see us not
qualifying at all for the CL next season, and that is
how it starts.
A sad time for us, my friends.

Again, Pete, thanks for opening your heart.

Baz
