[1] You register through the website here:
http://www.shareholdersunited.org/bid.php
[2] You can either bid online or via mobile phone (MUST gets a much
bigger cut via the online payment method though).
[3] You make your bids in pence (e.g. £109.45 = 10945) and you are
instantly told if your bid is unique (nobody else has bid the exact same
amount) and if so whether it is the lowest unique bid or not. You can make as
many bids as you like up to a maximum of 1000. Each bid costs £1.50 of which a
generous proportion is donated to MUST. You only pay the price you bid if you
win the auction!
[4] If when the auction closes you have the lowest unique bid then you
have won the £130,000 Ferrari F430 or £100,000 cash and simply have to pay your
winning bid price (e.g. £109.45) to buy the lot.
