Hi, As you might already know, Fedora Activity Day is a event for face to face collaboration for *existing* Fedora contributors. Some of you who are not already a contributor have applied and received sponsorship on the basis that your participation in Fedora will increase as a result of you attending the event. If you are planning to get some packaging work done or contribute to Fedora Tour, there is no need to wait till the event before you start working on it. Consider it as a requirement that you do get some work done *before* the event.

I will heartily recommend that sponsorship be cancelled for those who don't show some interest (for example by having a review request filed) . Also expand on the agenda with more details on what you want to do. Instead of "Will do foo", it should be "I will do X and Y on Foo". If you are going to help by packaging, name the specific list of software you want to package. In short, the event is not a party or even a conference but a venue to get some Fedora work done.
