[0] Please file the talks against the CfP irrespective of whether there is or isn't a Fedora Day and, do ensure that a specific event wiki page has the details. If the submissions are intended to be part of the proposed Fedora Day, please do talk with the team organizing the event as to how that can be adequately marked out during submission phase. [1] If you are intending to request for travel sponsorship, please use the fedora-india ticket queue to raise requests. Do provide the necessary details. [2] Please ensure that there is a conversation maintained with the event organizers around the talk submission (and, Fedora Day related bits). This is specifically the responsibility of the event owner. [3] Please do take time to write out as much as you think would help attract audience to your specific talk. Both on the wiki and, in your submission. "Owning an event" means that it needs to be shepherded from the inception to the execution. And, that requires a reasonably flexible plan to accommodate adjustments and changes as requested by the event organizers. Please spend time doing up a plan before starting to rustle and hustle talks/submissions. -- sankarshan mukhopadhyay <http://sankarshan.randomink.org/blog> _______________________________________________ india mailing list [email protected] https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/india
