A suggestion would be to use some collaborative method to come up with a smaller set of activities which are relevant to the region and which Ambassadors are expected to undertake. And thereafter organizing regular meetings to help assess progress. The need is to progress forward by including smaller tweaks and suggestions which help things along. An example of a smaller set of activities could be: - organize 4 workshops at local colleges/institutions and introduce participants on to specific projects within Fedora using normal communication means - organize 2 installation fests - participate on Ask Fedora and help answer queries etc -- sankarshan mukhopadhyay <http://sankarshan.randomink.org/blog> _______________________________________________ india mailing list [email protected] https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/india
