Not sure what you mean by stuck, but after you do a live boot you need to know one of the live boot passwords. The live boot root password is "opensolaris" as documented here: http://opensolaris.org/os/project/indiana/resources/rn/
There is also login: jack passwd: jack as documented here: http://blogs.sun.com/sch/date/20071031 in case you need to manually configure a VESA driver.
