"Jack"

Pehaps it should be "Jack-Ass" for the stupidity shown by the Solaris Indiana
group.

For God's sake people, it's meant to be a "Live CD"... which means it should
generally boot into a live session WITHOUT any user name or password required.

Take a look at just about any live Linux Distro these days such as Knoppix,
Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Dreamlinux and you'll unerstand what I mean.

As far as I am concerned, LIVE CD means exactly that. It's meant to be the
front door to your premises. So imagine how I'd feel if, (as a inquisitive
user) I find there is a padlock on the front door ?

And here is a phrase that may come in handy..

"USER FRIENDLY"

At minimum; If you really want people to use it, then at least provide the
username / password imformation in the general release notes which are supplied
to sites like "Distrowatch".

Or is that too much to ask ?
