The functionality and the limitations are the same as they were for Dwarf Caiman project. It seems it would be useful to explicitly mention the constraints, which might not be obvious and might lead user to the feeling that this is a bug. I am currently aware of following feature, which is part of UI design specification, but not quite obvious: User can't utilize unallocated chunks of space between already defined primary partitions when creating new Solaris partition. Only space available after last defined primary partition can be used. If user would like to create new Solaris partition using free space between existing partitions, fdisk(1M) command can be used. Please also see following enhancement for details: 1161 Solaris partition is not created on the largest usable chunks of unallocated space http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=1161 I am not sure, if there are other limitations which should be mentioned with respect to re-enabling partitioning feature, Niall or Frank might be able to provide more information.
