This option isn't actually necessary; the reason users pulled down as
much as they did was due to a bug, plain and simple

        2230 incorporations are broken unless authority is specified

The fix for this has been integrated into the packaging gate and we're
working on rolling out the fix as soon as we can (this will be pushed
out as a revised build 86 and build 90 version of SUNWipkg and so "pkg
install'ing" the revised version will just updated SUNWipkg.
