But, I didn't see much discussions around this topic. What should I be searching for to get to the thread that you talking here ? Again, this feature will allow upstack components like IPS like Joomla or Drupal etc to correctly layout their dependency and work even if the underlying dependencies change. I will update this bug with all my thoughts.
