Hi All:

I just want to let those interested in the accessible live CD know that
b100 is OK for magnification, but not for speech. Thus, the new
magnification option you see in the GRUB menu on the live CD should
work fine, but the screen reader option will not result in Orca coming
up with speech. The reason for this is that I believe the eSpeak
speech synthesis package is not due for integration until b101.

Also, 2008.11 is our first foray into an accessible live CD. It may
still be a little rough around the edges, but we have had success with
a tester who is blind. He was able to download the ISO, burn a CD, and
install OpenSolaris without sighted assistance. This is cool stuff for
us, and we will continue to improve the user experience for 2009.04.
