The problem is the one on Subject. After installing 2008.11 the screen backlight is almost off. The panel is so dark that I can barely see trough. Video card is nVidia (old model, geForce something, working with "old" driver). Fn+Fx apparently don't work. The only workaround so far is to use an external monitor. "Old" opensolaris (or Nevada before 91) didn't have this problem.
