Thanks for the info. I have been experimenting with the backup and
backup-save-cmd settings in the auto-snapshot.xml manifest to try and
get replication working, but haven't been successful yet.

This change is a little bit of a set back for me, we were planning to
buy some thumper servers and use zfs-auto-snapshots to keep one thumper
in semi-sync with the other. I suppose I could write some scripts that
would take the snapshots, send them to the other server, and rotate out
the oldest, etc., but would prefer to use a tool or process that is
community supported. I try not to strike out on my own unless I have
to, and I would imagine there are others in the community who are trying
to do the same thing I'm doing.

Is it safe to assume my options are to either wait for the next release
of time-slider or roll my own? Are there any other options?

Thanks,
Tom
