I forgot to attach the dmesg file...
When I plugged USB sticks or SDHC devices while booting OpenSolaris
snv108,I got the WARNING about sd1 device..
Looks "device is gone.."

There were no error in /tmp/install_log
but zpool status said the error (see attached files)
I used format command and format tool for Windows(http://panasonic.jp/support/global/cs/sd/download/sd_formatter.html),but
same things are occurred and I got same messages from "zpool
status"...
And I tried to use A-data's 16GB and Evergreen's 16GB SDHC for
installation I got same errors.

It is possible that the sdhc card or reader is not a bootable
device... I am having a similar problem with compact flash and one
supplier (mini-itx.com) claims that not all CF are bootable... I
have still to investigate why. I am trying to boot from the CF in a
usb CF reader, I manage to install Opensolaris, but it panics at
the first boot with a message that it cannot mount the root
filysystem
