Yes, I know... Sorry for writing here: I know that SXCE is completely
unsupported but I thought you could give me some hint.

I tried in the live-upgraded sxce b110 and it gave more or less the same error I
was experiencing live upgrading. I haven't tried it yet on the live upgraded
b113. It won't hurt but I don't think it's going to solve Xine problem. That's
why I spent a couple of hours reinstalling b110 from the DVD but the problem was
the same. Google didn't help: it seems nobody's running SXCE (and using
Blastwave's packages) by this time.

Nevertheless, I'll try it and let you know.
