This is what you need to do to get pkg image update to work a la bug fix above,
1. pfexec pkg fix SUNWckr
2. Then rerun pfexec pkg image-update
However this didn't work for me. I tried to run pfexec pkg fix and I have a
over 150 packages that need to be fixed but now I get the following error,
"Transfer from 'http://pkg.opensolaris.org' failed: Read error on tar stream.
(happened 4 times)"
This also seems to be a known problem but I can't find a fix.
What's the output of "pkg publisher" ?
