Yes.  For more details about the architecture you're on, try "isainfo"
or "isainfo -v":
$ isainfo
amd64 i386
$ isainfo -v
64-bit amd64 applications
        sse4.1 ssse3 cx16 mon sse3 sse2 sse fxsr mmx cmov amd_sysc cx8 tsc fpu
32-bit i386 applications
        sse4.1 ssse3 cx16 mon sse3 sse2 sse fxsr mmx cmov sep cx8 tsc fpu

This is an Intel box, so "amd64" is sort of a misnomer, but I guess
AMD did it first so the name stuck.  If you want to find out even more
about the box, try "prtdiag" or "prtconf".
