You could have isntalled boomer on your Opensolaris 2009.06 some time
ago. It works like a charm. Much better than the old sound system.
Although, like the original one, sound support is still improving for
some chipsets.
For example, the nVidia MCP79 does not work correctly yet. I'm
working with one of the sound engineers to resolve that.
