I'm a bit desperate. I ran OpenSolaris-B118 24/7 the last couple of
days, but this does weird things to my network. The past few days for
some unknown reason B118 and the server (arwen=solaris10) are going mad
in their network connection. They both become unresponsable as a result.
I cannot have this happen for my server, as you can understand. I would
be willing to test B118, but have no idea why it is going crazy.

It has some NFS mounted directories from the server.
It uses the server a it's main DNS server.
The router acts as DHCP server.

I would not know what other connections would be made, except for
GNOME. I noticed that the Gnome desktop does not even come up -without-
a working network. So there must be some connection(s) between7
b118/server because of this gnome desktop on b118.

Apart from the fact that I find it very very strange that OpenSolaris
desktop can only be used on systems with an active network connection,
I'm suspicious about this gnome thing in the last conection-events.

Untill I know what could be wrong I'm back to the 2009.06 release.
At least that one runs stable enough. It's a pity 'cause I've come to
like the newer things in b118 and up.

All ideas are welcome.
