I looked through the release notes and didn't see anything that seemed
to deal with this. Whenever I try to pkg image-update I get this error:

pkg: This is an internal error. Please let the developers know about this
problem by filing a bug at http://defect.opensolaris.org and including the
above traceback and this message. The version of pkg(5) is 'bd3d384af46f'.
Also, if I try to update using the GUI the "update all" option is greyed
out even though attempting to use the "install/update" on an existing
package instructs me to use "update all". That seems like another
symptom that something is messed up with my package info. A second
machine seems to be going through the same update process (118 -> 121)
just fine although it's not yet complete. Any suggestions?
On the machine that is failing, I started the update the first time in
response to the gnome pop-up that appeared in the upper right. That
process did not appear to complete successfully and things have not
worked properly since then.
