*Muslim Girls Scholarship-* ** Online applications are invited for the selection for the *Muslim Girls Scholarship 2008-09 *from Keralite Muslim Girl students, who have joined first year class of Degree/ Post Graduate/ Professional and Technical courses conducted by Government/ Aided institution and Universities in Kerala during the academic year 2008-09. The amount and the number of scholarships under various courses are as follows * Course Number of Scholarship Amount (Rs) * Degree 3000 3000/- p.a Post Graduate 1000 4000/-p.a Professional/ Technical 1000 5000/-p.a Candidates who secure *50% marks* in aggregate in the qualifying examination (ie +2/degree) will be eligible to apply for scholarships. In case of Post Graduate students marks obtained in Part III in the degree examination alone will be considered. *Annual income of the parents/ guardian should not exceed Rs.2.5 lakhs p.a*.
