Yes I see, i am all confused!
 I took this photo  late evening and so do you think the light is playing up
in showing the leaves differently? along with the angle in which the photo
is taken. The flowering shots were high up!  Also this was the time when the
tree had few leaves.

I can see that the leaves in your photos are different...
