Hi, It appears to be Pterospermum accerifolium, also known as Kanak Champa, Dinner Plate Tree. I am not clear whether suberifolium is the same as accerifolium-may be the experts can throw light on that. Where was this flowering? Is it Maharashtra? The flowers have a fantastic fragrance. And it is a spectacular sight to see and incredible perfume-very subtle but enveloping. This is the time that it flowers in Delhi. Janaki Turaga
