Beautiful flower! This looks like a Saxifraga species. We have a Saxifraga pallida, which has two yellow spots on each petal, but that one has reddish- purple anthers: http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Yellow%20Spotted%20White%20Saxifrage.html You can try to explore Saxifraga pseudo-pallida - I don't know off- hand how that looks.
