Thank you Dinesh ji for the pic, as I am also interested in it. As Devendra
ji had pointed (in the link you have given), it should be Tinospora
cordifolia.

If this is the plant, then this should be *Giloy *(in Hindi), (also known as
Belodo in some areas). This woody glabrous plant is a common massive climber
with broad cordate leaves. Its juice (Giloy Ras) is used in several
Ayurvedic medicines.

Can you please post another image showing its foliage also so that it can be
convincingly identified.
