Dear Devendra ji
This appears to be some Cordia species. Either Cordia macleodii or some
other.
As per my experience these flowers bloom at night so photographing is
difficult. You can try taking a sample twig with fat buds in the evening(if
it is accessible to you still.) Keep it in flower pot and see them blooming
late night Then you can take photograph for correct morphological features.
