First look at trunk in posted photos with large speckled bark reminded me of *Anogeissus latifolia* Here are views of *A. latifolia* at http://www.flickr.com/search/?w=91314...@n00&q=Anogeissus+latifolia&m=text Dr.J.Pranay Rao says he knows the name of the posted photos as *tiruman*.
