I have posted these photo on Oct 2008 and now I have again found it in May.
 
I looks like Beckmannia eruciformis, but I was not sure. Then my friend told me 
that it is called daab in Khansa village, Gurgaon, Haryana. 

Does some one has idea abot this plant?

Height:Approx 50cm(Not more than this even grow)
Length of one part of inflorescence:1cm
