Aegiceras corniculatum is a halophyte, a mangrove plant. in Bengali
known as Khalsi. It shows vivipary, germinating seeds still attached
to the mother plant, giving an appearance of claws, /finger/ nails.
Any  clue what Nari-k-kantal means in Tamil?
