the leaves near the fruits do not belong to the climber,  but the one on right 
side of photo towards the posterior end belong to creeper. Thats why 
Gurucharanji might have got  confused
is it Anantmool?
 though leaves appear to be bigger.
it is from Asclepidiaceae.
