I think it is S. splendens, the flowers are smaller in S. cocinea

S. splendens: leaves 5-9 cm long, triangular-ovate, acuminate, flowers 4-5
cm long
S. coccinea: leaves 2.5-5 cm long; acute, ovate, flowers 2-2.5 cm long.

Here is my upload from Delhi of S. coccinea
