You are also correct! Antigonon leptopus belongs to the subfamily 
Eriogonoideae. 

As stated earlier, ochrea in subfamily Eriogonoideae is either absent or 
rudimentary. Same is true for A. leptopus where ochrea is a very small 
(0.2-2mm) membranous structure that may not actually be well defined as 
'ochrea'.
