I checked on the net and found that these two American species found in lawns are often confused. Calyptocarpus vialis is a much delicate smaller plant with 1-1.5 inch long leaves, where as Synedrella nodiflora is a stouter plant with 1-4 inch long leaves. Can you please enumerate other differences, so that I can place my plant more accurately. -- Dr. Gurcharan Singh Associate Professor, Department of Botany, SGTB Khalsa College University of Delhi, Delhi-110007 Res: 932 Anand Kunj, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018 Phone: 011025518297; Mobile: 9810359089 http://people.du.ac.in/~singhg45/ --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "indiantreepix" group.
