I was also wondering it as a different plant until I read Pankaj ji's mail.
As per GRIN as well as The plant List the name should be *Toona ciliata*.
Flora of Pakistan mentions it as *Cedrela toona*.
Good find of a robust plant with large beautiful inflorescences.
